Design

We spent years refining the design of the Flex for maximum support and comfort without loss of mobility. The T-Flex is a scaled down version of the Flex without load management. The RAK allows you to quickly and efficiently access your tools without straps getting in the way. Simply attach your kit to the supplied RAK Bag Sheet, or attach directly to the RAK – break free from straps that get in your way.

Materials

Like a 1996 Toyota Camry, the Flex is built to last. By using materials like carbon fiber, Tegris, and Cordura, the Flex is built to stand up to the abuse of the job while keeping weight to a minimum.

Adaptability

The Thoracic Flex was designed to be compatible with nearly all carriers on the market (Ferro, Crye, Matbock, Eagle, etc). Simply swap your back plate carrier with the Thoracic Flex and get moving without restriction.

Feather Frame

  • Carbon fiber 3-D molded frame

  • Precut with holes/slots for gear attachment

Shoulder Wraps 

  • Padded for maximum comfort.

  • Retention straps built in for cable/antenna management.

  • Adjustable Fidlock posts for RAK retention. 

RAK

  • Rapid Access Kit, simply attach the gear of your choice to the RAK panel, mount it to the RAK and enjoy the ease of access the RAK gives you. 

  • Carbon fiber construction.

  • Stainless Steel and Aluminum components for corrosion resistance. 

  • Ease of access with either single or double pull of Release Actuators.

Rear Plate Sleeve

  • Fits S/M/L SAPI and Swimmer cut plates. 

Intended Use

  • The RAK System is designed for lighter, modular carry applications and performs best with 20–40 lbs of distributed gear weight.

  • Always ensure proper fit and adjustment prior to use.
