The Flex Kit and RAK System have been tested to perform within typical operational load ranges. The Flex Kit is engineered and tested for carried loads between 50–80 lbs, while the RAK System is optimized for 15–25 lbs of distributed gear weight.

Exceeding these ranges, modifying components, or using the equipment outside its intended design may result in injury or equipment failure.
