The Flex Kit and Rapid Access Kit (RAK) System have been tested to perform within typical operational load ranges. The Flex Kit has been designed for carried loads up to 80 pounds. 

The Rapid Access Kit (RAK) System is optimized for loads up to 40 pounds of distributed gear weight on the RAK access panel.

Exceeding these ranges, modifying components, or using the equipment outside its intended design may result in injury or equipment failure.

Neither system is rated or intended for climbing, fall arrest, rappelling, or any load-bearing use that involves suspending body weight.
