Noctu Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Noctu, we’re committed to providing exceptional products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
Be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact
Have been purchased directly from noctu.co
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or modified products
Final sale or clearance items
Products not purchased directly from Noctu (please contact the original retailer)
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our team at team@noctu.co. Include the following details:
Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)
Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Noctu is not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
