This panel is where those two things meet — a back panel designed and built by Ferro Concepts to mount directly to the Noctu system, with a UCAS-compatible zipper integrated into the panel itself.
That zipper is the whole point. UCAS — the Universal Carrier Attachment Standard, proposed by Ferro Concepts and Spiritus Systems — standardizes zipper spacing, zipper length, and tooth size so zip-on components stop being brand-locked. Built into this panel, it means your Noctu kit is no longer a closed system. Zip on a Back Panel Banger for a longer patrol, a hydration panel for the desert, MOLLE for whatever else. Swap the mission, keep the chassis.
If you're outfitting a team, the math gets simpler too: one back panel standard across your carriers means less duplicate inventory and gear that works with what's already in the cage.
