Noctu Adapter Plate (The NAP)

$40.00

Noctu Adapter Plate (NAP)

If it has MOLLE on the back, it works with Noctu.

Every Noctu integration so far has been a handshake with one specific carrier — a partner-built panel, a bracket engineered around a single system. Those are good solutions. They're also narrow ones, and they only help if you happen to own the right carrier.

The NAP is the other approach. One adapter plate that mounts the Flex or Thoracic Flex to any carrier with a MOLLE field on the back. No partner integration required. No custom hardware to source. No waiting for someone to build a bracket for the carrier already sitting in your cage.

Pull the plate sheath, weave the NAP onto your carrier's rear PALS field, and attach the frame to the plate with the same hardware you're already running. Nothing gets cut, nothing gets drilled, and it's completely reversible — pull the NAP, put the sheath back on, and your kit is exactly as it was.

Your Noctu shoulder wraps do the rest. They came with your Flex, and they take the place of your carrier's shoulder straps, which come off during the install. If you'd rather keep your originals in the system, they can be modified to run our Fidlocks instead.

Load still goes where it's supposed to. The frame moves weight off your shoulders and onto your hips exactly as it does mounted direct. The NAP changes what the frame attaches to, not how it carries.

All it needs is a 4×5 patch of real estate. We built it because the answer to "will this work with my carrier?" should be yes.

Features

  • Mounts the Noctu Flex or Thoracic Flex to any carrier with a rear MOLLE/PALS field

  • Requires only 4 columns wide × 5 rows high

  • Works with both woven webbing and laser-cut PALS

  • Full load transfer to the hips, same as a direct mount

  • Uses your existing frame hardware — nothing new to buy or source

  • Runs the Noctu shoulder wraps that came with your Flex — nothing extra to purchase

  • Fully reversible — no cutting, no drilling, no permanent modification

  • Tegris construction

  • Total Dimensions: 6 1/2”H x 8 1/4”W

  • Made in the USA

  • MSRP $40.00

Installation

  1. Remove the plate sheath from the Thoracic frame.

  2. Remove your carrier's shoulder straps.

  3. Weave the NAP onto your carrier's rear PALS field.

  4. Attach the plate and frame using your existing hardware.

  5. Run your Noctu shoulder wraps as normal.

Compatibility: Any plate carrier or chest rig with a rear MOLLE/PALS field of at least 4 columns × 5 rows, woven or laser-cut, and removable shoulder straps. Requires a Noctu Flex or Thoracic Flex with shoulder wraps, and a frame. Carrier not included.

A note on your carrier: the NAP carries load through your carrier's PALS field. Inspect yours and make sure it's in serviceable condition before you run it.
