How It works
The Flex acts as a replacement for the rear portion of your current plate carrier. Move your existing cummerbund over to the Flex, and relocate your rear plate into the included Plate Sleeve. Attach Flex to your front plate carrier via the existing interface of your carrier.
The carbon fiber Feather Frame is the structural chassis of the system, and customizable to your height. All the weight attached to it —plate, bags, litter, whatever specialized piece of kit you carry— can be toggled to sit on your hips or your shoulders, via easily accessible tabs located at the front edge of the belt. The Feather Frame also receives the RAK, which allows you to pull gear off your back and throw it back again to stow.
Design
We spent years refining the design of the Flex for maximum support and comfort without loss of mobility. Our patented pivot system allows the wearer an unmatched axis of movement while maintaining the weight of your kit on your hips, or or your shoulders… you decide. Additionally the RAK allows you to quickly and efficiently access your tools without straps getting in the way.
Materials
Like a 1996 Toyota Camry, the Flex is built to last. By using materials like carbon fiber, Tegris, and Cordura, the Flex is built to stand up to the abuse of the job while keeping weight to a minimum.
Adaptability
The Flex was designed to be compatible with nearly all carriers on the market (Ferro, Crye, Matbock, Eagle, etc). Simply swap your rear plate carrier with the FLEX and listen to your lower back say “thank you”.

Intended Use
The Flex Kit is designed to improve load carriage efficiency by transferring weight from the shoulders to the hips. It has been designed for carried loads between 60 – 80 lbs, depending on configuration and user setup.
The RAK System is designed for lighter, modular carry applications and performs best with 20–40 lbs of distributed gear weight.
Neither system is rated or intended for climbing, fall arrest, rappelling, or any load-bearing use that involves suspending body weight.
Always ensure proper fit and adjustment prior to use.
Professional-grade gear. Train responsibly.
